I am a 25 yr old woman getting ready for figure. I have read you are supposed to shave all your body hair for competition. Does this mean arms, back, everything? And what happens when it starts to grow back?

shaving
depending on how much body hair you can get away with not shaving, but most everyone that I know must shave their stomachs, arms, legs, and bikini line. Even if the hairs are blonde they will show up under the lights and can be distracting they also are darker when you use protan and jantana. When the hair grows back it won't be thicker because you are only shaving them a couple of times a year right before your competitions. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY SHAVING!!
