to Gamemaximus
I use only the basics exercises, never of machines. I think that the
basics exercises are the fastest means to gain muscle quickly. Incline, flat , decline Dumbell and Barbell press , Dumbell flyes and dips for the chest, deadlifts and
rowings for my back, military press and
rises for the shoulders, Dumbell and Barbell curls for the
biceps, close grip bench press and extensions for the triceps, squats
and front squats for quads, I vary each time the order of the
exercises, my sets count between 4 and 10 reps for the chest and the
back, between 12 and 15 for the biceps, triceps, thighs, hamstrings,
and shoulders, from 15 to 50 for the calves. I make for a muscular
group 3 exercises and 4 sets by exercises. For food I make 5
solid meals per day and I take of the whey protein 3 times per day 30
grams has each catch. + 4 times 5 grams of creatin mixed with ribose.
What of other? I pay attention to always remaining well hydrated, I
count only my protein contribution, I do not count carbs, I reduce them as I advance in the course of the day, during my training, I
always have with me glutamine and a drink containing dextrose.
My routine looks like: chest and calves day one, one day off
back and hamstrings day three
shoulders and traps day four
bi's and tri's day five one day off
quads and abs day seven.
Thanks for your answer and keep training hard my friend.

Your side delts do lag a bit, but those shoulders look huge in the shots where you're flexing the arms.

TDJEB, whats up bro?
glad to hear ur gonna compete!
as far as your delts go, they are not weak, but are overshadowed by your traps...if i were you Id do this shoulder workout to fix the problem...
excersise/ sets/ reps/ weight
1) Standing Military Press/ 4/ 8/ HEAVY (135+)
2) Upright Rows/ 4/ 8/ HEAVY (135+)
and that's it...i know it doesnt sound like much but those two excersises hit all 3 heads of the delt and with much weight. make sure to wear a belt on the standing military press as to not hurt your spine. This workout should take no longer than 15 minutes, and you should be out of breath and dead tired afterwards. you can throw it in after back or chest, it will work wonders i guarantee just go intense and heavy.
other than that, looking great bro, you will fare well!

The shoulder muscles can make or break your physique! You know by now that you have a good body, but your shoulders need more development. I'd go with maintenance on the whole body while building up your shoulders to give you the wide look that, combined with your traps, will give you a real power look. Here is a greate article on how to do it:
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=469072
Good luck

Thanks a lot for your advices, it s always appreciated to receive help from my friends bodybuilders on this great forum. Well i ve worked a lot on my delts, my shoulders look naturally narrow because of the way my traps and triceps look, so i ll have a lot of work to improve my side delts, this threads is a few month old, so here s some recents delts pics, side, front and rear tell me if u thinks they look better.
Take care

Wow man, looking great.
I do have to agree on the delts but it is not a big deal, you have done a great job with the rest of your body so I don’t think it will be hard to bring your delts up to par with the rest of your body.
Do you have any pictures of your wheels?
What is your body fat percent?
Good luck on the show.

Hey Karim!
Yeah, this is the first time we've seen your back (relaxed) and your upper trapezius is huge! They almost overpower your back, however, your physique is still impressive just from the muscle density and definition alone.
Your shoulders look very good.
By the way, I decided to make a webgallery of your photos for ya, so that we could see them all at one time. It's basically the same thing I did for Fadi, Ryan and Shaun.
http://www.skippypodar.net/WebGallery/TDJeb-web/
I noticed in one of the pictures you were doing a rear double bicep. Your deltoids look good with respect to the rest of your back, so you're doing well. If you have the opportunity, take a front double bicep shot. Your pectoral/deltoid tie-in should be fairly good, considering the development of your anterior and lateral deltoids.
Anywho, keep training hard, and be careful not to injure yourself.

Hi Skip, glad to hear from you, thanks a lot......a lot for this album u ve made for me, as i said in many posts, u spend a lot of time to help and motivate me and many others on the forum, it s awesome to meet a person like you who always take time to share his experience, it says a lot about the great person that u are. Most of all to receive compliments from u is really motivating, u already have many trophies, a great physic, u ve achieved a lot as a bodybuilder and as u know i ve never competed yet, so i still have a long road in front of me before i ll get to this level. So thanks again Skip, for your time, for the dedication and love for bbding that all of us can feel through your posts. U bring a lot to this forum with all that u know, with your sense of humour. So i hope we ll continue read your great posts and threads again and again in the future.
Take care
your friend Karim
