I'm just curious as to where you guys started weight wise when getting into lifting weights. How tall and how skinny were you? I'd like it if ecto's (like I was) would reply to this, but it's cool if anyone else wants to as well! How much did you curl (barbell or dumbells) when you first started and how much did you bench? When I started at 5'9 and 120lbs I could only bench the bar for like 9 reps and could only dumbell curl 15's for 10 reps each arm. Now I bench (it's weak) 160lbs (MAX) and dumbell curl 40's for 12 reps each arm. Did you start lifting weights just recently or did you start a long time ago? Share your stories if you like and give any advice on getting bigger faster!
Godbless!

i started at 5'2 and about 100 lbs in the summer into 9th grade now im about 140 and 5'4 in 11th, not that much mass gained but stregnth was my main goal.
My bench went from 100 to 245, ive only been doing squats for about a year there at 280-300ish and deadlift started at 200(same time as squats) and is now between 300-330.
Didnt really take mesaurmnets but size gains are really noticeable, and overal im happy

I started lifting weights summer going into 9th grade. I was about 5'6 and 115-120 lbs. I benched 65 lbs 6 times. Now I am in 12th grade, I am 6'1'', 185 lbs, and bench over 200 lbs. I can bicep curl 65 lbs for 3 sets of ten. Not that bicep curls are very important. I can clean 175 lbs. My favorite lift
