best fat burners
What are the best fat burners on the market. The ones which will maintain muscle & burn fat there are so many out there. I,ve tried guggul & chromium picolnate & seem to be working quite well but I like to mix things up as I am in a cutting stage at the moment.

chromium picolinate is a joke
the possble side effects are dangerous, and its not even effective
to add to the above list, lipo-6, thermocharge, venom lean dreams, thyrotabs, thermo-efx, hotrox

Nutrex's Lipo 6 Advanced Formula is the best fat burner in my opinion. I lose a lot of water weight and when I was cutting last year it helped me go from about 210 lbs. to 190 lbs. in about two-three months. Of course it may work good for me, but it could be different for you. I'd try it though.

I just picked up some Red Acid gen 2 yesterday - just got done with Lipo 6 with decent results - need to keep changing though.

You need to feed your muscles I wake up hypoglycemic on my big lifting days so you need to find a happy medium. Guggul helped me move about 2 kgs when all else failed and I usually crave fats or carbs when i go hypo but I appreciate the help
