i had a wierd dizzy feeling today i was wondering if it was too much lifting with my diet or maybe it was the creatine

Not because of lifting, unless it was while you were lifting weights. Might be your diet, had you not eaten in a while?

May 20 2003 - 165 pounds

July 25 2004 - 198
Sep 25 2004 - 200 (rough 2 months, but I did gain 1/2 inch on my calves using my new suicide style calf routine)

yeh, i sometimes get that weird dizzy feeling just after i do deads. it goes away within a few minutes so i dont really worry 2 muc about it, i just shrug it off.

your probably doing some really intense lifting and you might not be breathing properly or really straining
