Guys,
I heard that egg whites are real good for building muscle since they contain all protien and zero carbs and zero fat.
So I want to eat as many as possible per day. Would there be any harm in doing so?
Other question is that, if they are so good, why cant we use them instead of protien powders, since egg whites are natural.
The way I cook them: I just boil them and separate the yolk ball from the outer egg whites. I hope boiling doesnt destroy any protiens

Keep the yolks under control and there's no specific harm. I would keep your daily yolks at 3 or less. Yolks have lecithin, which helps brain function, but you don't want to go overboard. I'd say ideally no more than 2 yolks/day, but eat the whites all you want.
That said, you never want all your protein (or all your anything) to come from a single source. You begin to miss essential vitamins and minerals that your one thing doesn't have.

I haven't had an egg yolk in quite some time.. I remember someone saying that scrambling yolks are bad because it hurts something in the yolk, and that frying them preserves it. If this is true, what was he talking about, what is destroyed or hurt? I scramble all my egg whites, haven't had a yolk in a long time.

Banana-awesome
Pancake-awesome
cookie dough-good (not sweet but has flavor)
German Chocolate Cake- good (sweet, not strong)
PB- good(sweet, not strong flavor)
Gingerbread- good (taste like gingerale/no good on pancakes, okay in oatmeal)
Coconut- good. (has flavor..a tiny sweetness)
Macadamia Nut- good/poor

i eat 6 boiled egg whites and 2 boiled whole egg and after eating eggs i drink 500 ml of milk bcoz this much of eggs can generate too much of heat in body so drinking milk after eggs is necessary... milk nutralise the heat in the body which are created by eggs...
