I'm trying to hit them on seperate days now, so can someone give me a list of exercises i can do on the days i hit them to isolate those 2 muscle groups?
For quads i would keep your legs closer in together for leg press and squats (like hip width) to keep it off your hammies, also leg extentions. For Hams leg curls(seated and lying) and stiff legged dead lfts Good Luck
INTENSITY isn't for everyone - nor is SUCCESS
