Question for my girl.. weight loss and lose skin...

She is not an avid internet user, so I am asking for her if thats ok...

Basically, she is training to do a figure competition one day - its her goal! She was weighing in at 145 about 1 month ago, and now has dropped to 130 with a better diet, working out, and a some energy pills. She looks great!!
(5' 4 in height)

However, when she was 145 she was very hard and you could barely grab her skin folds. Now she is very loose around her stomach and legs. She is stronger and probably more muscular but she seems much softer?!?!

Is there anything she can do to tighten up again, or does she just have to wait and be patient?

thank you for any responses you may have...

She lost 15 pounds in one month. What was her better diet, no food at all.. If she was only 145 her skin will tighten back up. It's probaly because she lost the weight so fast.thats allot of weight to loose in that short period of time. A friend of mine lost 90 pounds and her skin tightened up just fine. Give it time.

yeah, she is a small girl who ate too much of the wrong food for too long. Her body needed to shed weight. She eats a snack for breaky (fruit and a small yogurt) a 6" sub for lunch, then some chicken and veg for dinner. Small portions, as she doesn't like to eat too much.

There are a bunch of skin tightening products you can get pretty much anywhere (walmart, drug stores). Most of them are for stretch marks or cellulite, but they will help to firm up skin as well. Here's a link to a great provider of all sorts of skin firming and toning products. I've found that these work better than most you can buy in stores. http://www.ccbparis.us/_en/_us/bodycare/index_seg.aspx?Catcode=F0_02^F1_02_03&TopCat=F1_02 _03_01&

I Dont Suggest The Lotions That Tighten Up The Skin Or Cellulite, I Have Read Up Onthose Products And There Is No Proven Facts That A Cream Can Tighten Up The Lose Skin. Give It Time Dont Waste Your Money On Those Products.
