    door frame pull up bar to get lats?

    hi all,i noticed my lats are lagging behind big time,so as i only have my home to train with ive purchased a pull up bar that fits into the door way,i hear pull ups are a great way to build lats and upper back,am i right?

    Heh, if i did that in my house the door frame would cave in! Yep chin up = lats, if their lagging then you probs cant do weighted, but do sets of palms facing you and sets of palms away, I difference in grip makes a big difference.

    Ones I've seen actually fit from one side of the dooframe to the other, but they could vary, I live a crappy house where I cant actually but shelves on walls though, made by BARRETT if ya wanna know.

    So anyways, it aint the door youve gotta look at, it the frame, if I were you jus do them somewhere else, (goal posts etc!)
