    Grape Juice Post WO?

Would this work pwo? It's a simple carb and had like 40g of carbs for a serving. BTW, I can't get my hands on dextrose yet.

If it is real grape juice then that would be great. Not ideal, but it will work. If it is that processed "fruit juice" then no.

The main selling point of gatorade is that it replaces electrolytes, they don't really focus on their carb count

Gatorade powder has 20g of carbs per scoop. Plus the 2nd ingredent is dextrose....that's what some people do it for PWO.
