Frozen Fruits
I'm adding them into my post shake. It makes my shake pretty cold. My question is do you think this will delay the protein intake because my body has to heat it up?

No- frozen fruits are awesome to replace ice with, and they won't delay the absorbtion on nutrients, either. Only thing is, the sugar in most fruits is predominately fructose, and fructose's unique properties allow it to only replenish liver glycogen and not muscle glycogen. Basically fructose won't repair your muscles like say, dextrose would. So fruit after you workout is fine, but try to get carbs from other sources, too.

Ha that's funny.
It heats up REALLY fast.
You will burn more calories, though.

This is not true. Glucose will replenish muscle glycogen more quickly than fructose will, but fructose will still do it. But you are correct that if you are trying to replenish an exhausted glycogen store (which actually isn't that common after lifting weights), you should ideally use other carbs besides pure fructose.

I should not have made an absolute statement, that is true. I will correct myself by saying that fructose is not the best choice for muscle repair, though not impossible.

White bread is highly highly refined flour, which will digest pretty quick. It's fine for PWO. Most people probably wouldn't use it as a first choice, but it'll do. The honey is 38.5% fructose, 31% glucose, and 30.5% other stuff. It makes a fine PWO carb as well. You could always invest in a tub of maltodextrin. The stuff I buy runs 15 bucks for 7lbs, and that will last me a good long while.
