Upper body thickness due to bone structure or what?

I really want to get big especially my upper body towards my wings/shoulders area to give a thicker appearance, but i keep feeling like its just my bone structure. I have broad shoulders like my dad, but still feels skinny... what workouts besides the obvious shoulder workouts are good for wing area?

rows and wide grip pullups hit them nicely. there are some other exercises but those two have built mine up decently so far.

yeh those are the weightgainer shakes, many of them have loads of calories/protein when mixed with milk. with weightgainers take one before you go to bed for sure, most have a blend of whey/casein protein (the whey will digest quickly while the casein will fuel your muscles further into the night) nothing wrong with the aid of a good weightgainer to help you hit those 4k+ calories that some like to take in on a major bulk
