Most people use Nolva or 6-oxo or both. Nolva is prescription but is widely available, and 6-oxo is made by ergopharm. These two, combined with above maintenence cals and proper rest and recovery (do not train to failure during post cycle period) and you should keep most gains.

No, not for PCT! Those USED to be what people used, cause there was nothing better. Trib and ZMA PCT is **** compared to 6oxo or Nolva.

your right and wrong. trib and ZMA do have a place in your PCT but not as the main ones, a stack of trib, zma and 6-oxox woul dbe fine for PCT

I guess I shouldn't have knocked your reputation then sorry. But damn, it does sound like a PCT question to me. I mean, it sounds to me like he's running PH's and not doing any PCT at all. Some people do that with no knowledge of what PCT even stands for.

I know what you mean, but if he isnt doing any PCT then chances are his body is paying for it, just like everyone else who buys a bottle of PH's from their local bb/health store, and because there are no warning signs they just drop the **** like smarties.

i have use a prohormone stack in the pass. kept maybe 30 per of results.i'm famiar with 6ox,zma, but not nolva.where can i find this and how long is this stack used.(has anyone heard of a product called "jacked up ")

Nolva is a perscription drug, its probably the best PCT drug out there.
Look for "tamoxifen" or "Nolvadex" on the search engines, you can buy it for "research purposes".
Its used in treating breast cancer
