If I didn't like working out a certain bodypart, then I wouldn't be a bodybuilder. It's weird though, the bodyparts that I love working the most are usually the ones people hate working...legs and back. And the ones I don't enjoy working as much as legs and back anymore are the ones that people love working, biceps and chest.

Hate - Biceps (I feel ... hypcritical in a sense being compared on the same level as the average 100 bicep curl idiots at the gym when doing em lol), abs, chest sometimes when I can't seem to hit it but other then that it ain't to bad.
Love - Legs (when I don't have a torn lat :P), Deadlifts (back = boring but deadlifts bring you a new challenge every day), and finally pull-ups, nothing is more fun then these things. Always trying to do another one or go a bit lower and their the only movement that really get those odd upper body muscles sore (sore lats is the oddest feeling because it feels like your entire upper arm is sore in a sense)

My favorite is whatever is my weakest body part and my least favorite is whatever is the best on me. That sounds like a typical answer/bs but it's true. Right now I love to work calves and legs cuz i gotta bring them up more, and my least favorite is back.
Height - 6'1
May 20 2003 - 165 pounds
Mar 25 2004 - 188
May 25 2004 - 192
Jun 25 2004 - 196
July 25 2004 - 198
Sep 25 2004 - 200 (rough 2 months, but I did gain 1/2 inch on my calves using my new suicide style calf routine)

Favorite: Biceps, biceps, and more biceps!!! j/k but they are my favorite part to work! I also like doing behind head dumbell extensions for triceps, cable rows for lats, push downs, bench press, hammer curls, and preacher bench!
Worst? Probably bent over rows, leg extensions, and reverse grip wrist curls!

Love: Chest, Back, Quads, Calves, Arms
Hate: Hamstrings and shoulders ( Areas i need to improve most on )The desire to attain "perfection" is a mental poison. Perfection is a fictitious concept, there is only improvement. Therein lies the challenge, therein lies the fun.
