Time to get serious, Jr. Nationals in 2009
Ok guys here is the bulking diet I am going to be starting on July 15th or so. I need to go from my normal off season weight of 195-200 to 210-215 to jump a weight class for the Jr. Nationals in 2009. I am going to be REALLY concentrate on my upper body for a year and half then start my cutting diet around Feb of 2009.This is going to be a basic diet, little things might change on off days.
Meal 1
40 grams whey, 75 carbs fom oats, 16 grams fat from Natty PB
Workout-1 1hr 15 min weights, 40 min cardio
Meal 2 PWO
50 grams Waxy maize
30 grams whey
10 grams BCAA's
5 grams Creatine
Meal 3 ( 1.5 hours after PWO shake)
40 grams Pro from Chick, Fish. 75 carbs from brown rice, 10 fat
Meal 4
40 grams whey, 4 rice cakes ( 48 carbs) 16 fat PB
workout-2 1 hour weights
Meal- 5 PWO
50 grams waxy maize
30 grams whey
10 grams BCAA's
5 grams creatine
meal 6
40 grams Pro from Tuna, 2 rice cakes with natty PB( 16 fat)
meal 7
40 grams whey 2 tbsp flax oil 15 fat
meal-8 when waking up too take a leak
Pro bar with 30 Pro, 30 carb, 10 fat
This comes to 3500 cal
260 Pro
380 carb
83 Fat
The carbs will go to 500, Protein 330, and fat around 100 on sundays just for a shocker, and don't worry I do 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. I am going to do a 6 week blitz style training hitting everything 2 times a week except for quads. The judges told me to leave them alone. I will post training split when I get back from PM session.

Explain to me, how old do you have to be to enter the Jr. Nats? All over the world junior competitions are limited to under 21's. Why the hell are 33 year olds entering junior competitions?

I am 31, As far as I am aware I do not think there is an age limit, for instance there was a competitor at the Collegiates that was 34. I could do the NPC USA's and get my ass handed to me, however the Jr. Nats will be more on my level. I have looked at some of the middleweight competitors. I already have better legs than most of them, it's all upperbody I need.
On a side note, why are all your post so condescending on the smart ass level? This is the 2nd time you have remarked in a smart ass way to me....

Explain something pls . . .
Does a "junior" competition refer 2 the contestant's age or is it based on competition experience?

Exp basically, most guys on the Jr. Levels from what I understand have been compteting for about 5 years or so.... and have only been "enhanced" a "few" times. Once you get to the NPC USA's those guys have been jacked for while.

"Junior" doesnt refer to age, its just a lower level national show for people testing out the national level.
I'm hoping to do the JR Nats as LHW...if not I'll be Middle!
