    When To Cut ( abit of a noob question )

    alrite ive been bulking for maybe 3-5 months now and i wanna look ripped for summer ( yes i am from aus ) i have gone from benching

    Normal Bench - 18kg x 12, 10, 8, 6
    Incline Bench - 18kg x 12, 10, 8, 6
    Dumbbel Over Head - 4x10x6kg

    to

    Normal Bench - 29kg x 12, 10, 8, 6
    Incline Bench - 29kg x 10, 10, 8, 6
    Dumbbel Over Head - 4x10x11kg

    so if i was to start cutting? and i got ripped would my chest look fairly bigger ( bigger then people not lifting ) btw im aiming to get ripped by about middle / end november looking to lose about 20 lbs , 1 - 1.5 - 2 lbs a week

    thanks in advance peopel ( i no its a bit of a n00b question ) but ive tryed reading articles and just hasnt helped

    well since you've been wroking out, i'm sure your chest will look bigger than the average man. and the cross strations and ripped look will make your chest look bigger as well.

    but i don't get your question? when do you wanna start cutting? if you want to cut now, then you can.
    thier is no timetable of then to start cutting. if you wanna start now, then you can.

    allow enough time to lose about 1 pound of fat per week if you have a specific date you want to cut.
