I heard drinking coke / pepsi is pretty bad.. as it can get rid off stuff like creatine from your body.
Is red bull ok? Some people drink it before training?

Red Bull, as any energy drink, is high in calories the majority of which come from sugars, caffeine, etc. Drinking it is fine when bulking, however when specifically cutting, it is something that should be avoided.I really don't think that Red Bull will do anything to your gains.
