Is anyone out there a daily coffee drinker and if so has this had any negative effect on your workouts?

drinking coffee daily isn't a good idea in my opinion, i feel it's best to cycle caffeine to get the full effects of it

    coffee drinking

From what I understand, many athletes drink coffee to enhance their performance, that caffeine gives you a boost! I think if it was so bad, it wouldn't be in an ECA stack. It revs up your metabolism too.
I would stay away from Diet Coke, as all diet sodas are carbonated, and this can cause fluid retention and other things. Wish I could remember other specific negatives I've heard about carbonated soda, but I can't? In a nutshell,
    Caffeine good, carbonation bad.

Gotta have my coffee dude. I drink close to a pot of it before I go to work. Also helps with the energy level in the gym. I'd stay away from that diet soda crap, they put alot of chemicals unfit for human consumption in that ****.

It'll rot your teeth; not just the sugar in regular pop but also the acid.

One can of regular soda has the equivelant of 8 tsp of sugar, not to mention sodium & ph levels. Deadly stuff. Coffee has 0 everything. I also find that it gives me a nice boost of energy before a W/O, not to mention that it tastes great! There have been so many studies done on the adverse vs no effects of coffee that they've pretty much zeroed themselves out. I say anything in moderation is just fine. So, enjoy that cup of Joe!

PS I found a great teeth whitener. I found out about it through a dental hygenist a long time ago. Sounds disgusting, but I promise it works. It has the same ingredients as the official tooth whiteners, but a higher level of the whitening ingredient (Carbamide Peroxide)and is about a 1/4 of the price. Ear Drops. I know, I know. Sounds completely disgusting. But just try it. Make sure it has a 6.5% level of Carbamide Peroxide. You can either just apply it directly to your teeth or use a tray. I use it once a week and keep it on my teeth for 10 to 15 minutes. People ask what I use to whiten my teeth all the time! When I tell them, the skeptical looks can be quite funny. But, I promise, this stuff works!

    Thanks for the tip!

As for coffee, if I didn't drink two large ones every morning, I wouldn't make it through the day.

It tastes less vile than the true whitening products. If you know the taste of other whiteners, then you'll recognize it. You can buy it over the counter. I use the Rite-Aid brand. Just make sure it's 6.5% Carbamide Peroxide.
