The other day, I measured my arms - and they were only 17 1/8 inches! I at least want to get 19"+ guns. I am 5 foot 10, 210 pounds, 8% bodyfat.
Does anyody have any input advice/tips that could be useful?

Heavy compound free weight exercises, along with barbell curls, chins, etc. Plus time/food/patience and genetics
