well i apologize. you said you wanted pumps and "creatine effects." that doesnt sound like someone who knows what theyre talking about.
and getting rid of a product because people say its ****, regardless of whether or not its doing something for you, again doesnt lead me to believe that you understand what creatine is.
im not trying to be a troll or an ass i just think its important for people to understand what theyre putting into their body and also so that they know what to expect from a product.

you seriously want to buy pills that you'll have to hide from your mom? bro just wait a couple years. it doesn't help THAT much. or just try to explain to your mom that it's not a big deal and see if she says it's ok. if she does then Controlled Labs Green Bulge is a pretty good one, but it's not just mono so it'll cost more.
Current Supps:
-Syntrax Matrix
-BSN TrueMass
-VPX NO Shotgun
-VPX NO SyntheSize

what? you dont have to run because youre taking creatine. yes creatine mono might make you hold excess water but shouldnt be a problem and itll go away within a few days of quitting taking it.
to the op...i wouldnt worry about creatine if its gonna piss your mom off...the cost/benefit isn't worth it.

You shouldn't listen to anyone suggesting anything else besides kreaceps. FDA regulations make it so a company can say they have "100 % creatine" and it will only be 30 % because they only have to include 30 % of what they list in the ingredients. The owner of kreaceps puts in over 30 % because he is trying to make a name for himself. He even pressed legal issues when the processing company didn't put in over 30 % in the bottling process and they refused to fix it.

I think you're confused dude. I think with every supplement I've ever taken under the nutrition info it says "this info not approved by the FDA" or something along those lines. Here's info from the FDA website
"Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), the dietary supplement manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that a dietary supplement is safe before it is marketed. FDA is responsible for taking action against any unsafe dietary supplement product after it reaches the market. Generally, manufacturers do not need to register their products with FDA nor get FDA approval before producing or selling dietary supplements.* Manufacturers must make sure that product label information is truthful and not misleading."
