I'm not really sure, exactly how to lose my stomach fat, i mean im not huge but i have a little belly, and i tried all the workouts and seen no results, when i lift i use No-explode, Syntha-6, and Cellmass and i love the results with the muscle building but i need some tips on how to build my deltoids, pecs, and lose body fat...i dont have a bench i just use dumbells and barbells, but if anyone has an answer or would like to help me out please, if you have myspace my url is www.myspace.com/andrewfromwestend or if you have aim my aim sn is oak2x4x8 please i really would like someones help with expierience i just wont be on this site too much so just try and get a hold of me please i would appreiciate it, if i could get help for the best results for dumb bells and bar bells without a bench

Figure out maintenance calories, lower them by a few hundred, thats your new eating plan. Add in some cardio. Eat six times a day, only health food, keep protein high, complex carbs medium and only unsaturated, un hydrogenated fats.
Use a program like bill stars 5x5, that way you can use your barbell for squats and bent over rows as well as military press or use the dumbells. Make or buy a bench, can pick them up cheap as, alternatively do weighted pressups till you have one.

Cardio and diet. You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Pick one and modify your routine so it supplememnts what you want to achieve.
