I have a couple questions actually.
I've been taking a tablespoon of regular extra virgin cooking olive oil each day and 3 tablespoons of grinded flax seeds. Is it okay to drink the cooking olive oil you buy in the grocery stores? Also, I checked the nutritional info on flax seeds on Fitday's site, and they say a cup of seeds has about 722g calories, 54g carbs, & 26 grams of protein... I didn't know flax seeds were choke full of calories carbs & protein, does this sound about right?
