Finally...Progress Pics Update!!!!! 17yr/o
I took these pics a couple weeks ago. I'm currently on Chad Waterbury Total Body Training. I gotta admit that i skipped a week or 2 of lifting. School is out and i haven't gone to my friend's house to use his scale recently so i'll update you guys on my weight as soon as possible. I didn't do any waist twist poses cause i think u guys are probably sick of it Oh yea I've also signed up for the YMCA so i can use their gym. No more home gym for me. Thanks for reading, comments/advice are always welcome.

if you did the 5x5, you should be taking legs shots too as you're always 5 rep maxing your squats...

enough with the upper body, post the legs otherwise we'll have to presume they are 16in.

What do you think about the Chad Waterbury program? How are your gains on it?

im just uncomfortable wit showing my legs cause i don't train them hard enough, but i can't help it.
As for the Chad Waterbury routine. I say it's pretty good, but I still favor the 5x5 more. I guess I'm just too use too the 5x5 and the low reps.
Thanks for all the comments guys

Wow, those are some impressive lifts! Considering your stats and time training. So is that how the 5x5 works, pyramiding up the weigh whilst keeping the weight the same?

Thanks for the information I appreciate it, I'm not sure if the rippetoes is the same way, because when I was on the rippetoes I used about 96% of my 5 rep max for all three sets :/

no problem
ramping the weights suppose to lower ur fatigue level, because i know i can't do my 5rm for 5 sets.
There are actually different variations of the 5x5, there's one that does not require ramping weights.

you're an inspiration dude. i've been training for 8 months now and have had NO PROGRESS!!! just he so called "newbie gains" grrrr...
However, since running into one of your post on asiantown and knowing that you were a member here, I saw you post about Bill Starr's 5x5 program on asiantown. I've gotten on that program since then.
Did you follow it exactly? Or did you vary it up? I'd really like to know...
Thank you
