Hello.. I was wondering how much L-tyrosine I should take a day.
I am 5'2.5'' and weigh about 113. Thanks for the help!

well... right now am taking the ECY stack and i add 1 pill of L-tyrosine (500 mg) each time i take the stack.. so i'm taking a total of 1000 mg day.. Do you think that is enough or should I add another pill or two?? Thanks for the help~!
