    Arm Pain

I just started playing softball again after not playing for about 12 years. I have very bad pain whenever I throw the ball. Is there something wrong or can I do some excercizes in the gym to help out?

Make sure you warm-up and stretch before every game.

Also do some strength training to strengthen the tendons/ligaments/cartilage/muscles. This will make you more resistant to injury.

Where is the pain located? I would definately stretch and possibly consider the use of Tiger Blam or a similar product before you play and possibly ice afterward...I am not a Dr. so be sure to check with yours but I have been injured quite a bit.....just something that has worked for me in the past
