Quaker oatmeal?
Have any of you tried the quaker instant oatmeal in the weight management kind?
If you havent you should, the numbers shine, and the taste is effing amazing, with 0 sugar at all.
I personally like to make 2 packs in milk when I want that lil sweet kick.
Just thought id throw it out there that you should give it a try.

Yeah man, I can eat regular oatmeal, but when I get the feeling for something sweet, the weight control packets usually fill the craving. They have Banana Bread (my fav) Maple something, and cinnamon. And they have whey isolate in them too, 7g protein per packet, so having 2 puts you at 58g carbs, 14g protein, 14g fiber, and 0 sugar

The maple something is maple and brown sugar. My personal favorite of all of them and the only one I buy

Yeah, its sweetened with Splenda, and thats what everyone usually throws on everything, like I just threw splenda and cajun seasoning on salmon a little while ago, and it tasted great.
Ill give the maple/brown sugar a try.

When it comes to oats get rolled oats, or quaker old fashioned, with the instant you lose a lot of the benefits of using oats and if you get instant with sugar added you have defeated the purpose of using it in the first place.
