This question is referring to "sets" if an exercise such as this:
Barbell Curl 4 sets 6-8 reps
Con. Curls 4 sets 6-8 reps
Hammer Curl 4 sets 6-8 reps
Would you do 4 sets of barbell curls then 4 sets of concentration curls ? Or do you have to do 1 set of barbell curl , 1 set of con.curl , 1 set of hammer curl then repeat it another 3 times?

Personally I'd pick one each week and do only 1-2 sets of it after my compound exercises. Iso isn't as important.
