Christians work out routine.
Whats up? I've just began my serious work out routine after a long break. My Cardio and pretty solid but im doing this to help strengthen my routine for lifting.
Generally First thing I do every day is take the following vitamins/ supplements. BCAA ( twice a day) ZMA ( 3 times a day) Tribulus (twice a day) Multi vitamin ( twice a day) Beta carotenes ( once) Omega 3 ( once) Whey Protein (3-5) Vitamine e ( once) Vitamin c ( once) and melatonin ( once before bed) Glutamine (twice).
Any how I generall only consume about 160 -200 calories through the whey protein with skim milk when i wake up. Trying to keep calories to a minimum before I run.
But I generally either run 4 miles every day in about 30 mins in the heat/sun. Or a hour on the eliptical burning about 1,000 calories each time I do. Then I go the gyma and do my routine after my cardio.
My routine at the gym is more or less sauna before I do anything for 5-10 mins get my sweat going. Get pumped listening to some good music. Then I go out and basically do a circuit training. Concentrating strongly on arms, forearms, calves, and abs. Then Ill switch up chests, back, shoulders, and legs. following my work out i generrally eat a bannana and some raisins right away in the car.
Then Ill generally go play basketball if i dont have to work. But once the two are done I do my best to go on either a light run or do sprints to burn the calories I had consumed during the day to stay ahead on my calorie's so I can achieve a lower BF%. and Ill ocassionally slip back into the gym for a 2nd go if I have any energy left.
But my diet generally consists of nothing but Blain or clean foods salads ( vinegar) egg whites, salmon, chicken, whole wheat bread, natural peanutbutter, natural jelly, Water, skim milk, turkey, vegetables and lots of fruit.
I plan on establishing a better lifting routine possibly a split one. one in the morning where I concentrate on high weight and less reps and then at night when I'm re-energized consisting of low weight and high reps. So I can achieve more strength but keep a cut and tone build.
I have had some concerns personally that I could possibly be taking to many supplements , could this be a issue?
You might be thinking why am I creating such a Long and grueling work out. But I feel the need to be in the best shape possible for a few reaons. My health, physical attraction, and for my profession. I plan on being a personal trainer so I have to present myself as one.
so any feedback would be great. and I'll keep you posted on My changes to routine.
