I dont know if theres an answer for this but i work out 5 days a week, have a great split, hit abs 4 times a week, currently on Animal Pump and Whey Protein, gonna pick up some Glutamine tommorow
so here the question: I work out Mon-Fri and get good results, but by Sunday evening Im as soft as a doughnut
someone told me that sodium makes you soft, but it would be impossible not to consume sodium
so is there a way to stay hard even if I miss a few days at the gym? is it my diet? should I just lift havier? or is just the way it is???
