I dont know if theres an answer for this but i work out 5 days a week, have a great split, hit abs 4 times a week, currently on Animal Pump and Whey Protein, gonna pick up some Glutamine tommorow
so here the question: I work out Mon-Fri and get good results, but by Sunday evening Im as soft as a doughnut
someone told me that sodium makes you soft, but it would be impossible not to consume sodium
so is there a way to stay hard even if I miss a few days at the gym? is it my diet? should I just lift havier? or is just the way it is???

Slow twitch fibers tend to be slightly contracted most of the time, so those could help with the "hardness". Start doing a few high rep sets (15-30 reps) for every muscle group.
I'm not too familiar with the whole mineral manipulation part but I think potassium can help shed water. Don't overdo it though, any mineral overdosage can be dangerous.
Other than that, there's always testosterone and IGF-1, guaranteed 24/7 pumpIt's UriEl btw
Things I will take any chance I get to make fun of:
-Frank Zane as Mr. Olympia
-Fat powerlifters talking thrash about bodybuilding while claiming to close the #x gripper
-"How can I look like >random 140lbs guy<?"
-Self-righteous guys who try to make everybody sound racist.
-Phil Heath for Mr. Olympia
-Strength workouts for bodybuilding
I'll keep updating the list.
