TTG is right
you can train your outter and inner bicep.... thats about all you can do... genetics will decide the rest"In the shade now tall forms are advancing,
And their wan hands like snowflakes in the moonlight are gleaming;
They beckon, they whisper, 'Oh! strong armed in valor,
The pale guests await thee - mead foams in Valhalla.'"

No, you shouldn't train forearms twice a week. Doing heavy back and arm work should be enough. I would consider forearm excercises more of a finishing or polishing excercises for people that are looking to perfect their physique.Eat it up:

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins
