    Just got a real look at my stats...how should I be eating?

    Been cutting since September but I got lazy January and it set my progress back.

    I'm back to being around 193, and here are my stats:

    5'10
    193
    ~20% BF

    According to the calculators at freedieting I should weigh at most 170.

    How should I eat? I pin myself at ~150lb of LBM

    I'm currently going low on carbs, but my fat is kind of high - I eat one third of a pound of 80/20 ground beef burger along with cheese, so the trans/sats fats are there. Last year when I first began my cut, I ate more carbs than I did now and the fat really came off, and I didn't even lift that much. It's going down real slow now, and I can't tell if I'm eating too much or too little. (Don't think I'm eating too much)

    Also, is it important to really hit 150g of protein if I am 150lb of lbm?

    My bad I didn't mean to ask for someone to calculate my macros, I mean do I go high in fat or low in carbs, or moderate of both?

    So you don't want anyone to calculate your macros, but you want someone to tell you what macros to use? I smell a contradiction.
