Been cutting since September but I got lazy January and it set my progress back.
I'm back to being around 193, and here are my stats:
5'10
193
~20% BF
According to the calculators at freedieting I should weigh at most 170.
How should I eat? I pin myself at ~150lb of LBM
I'm currently going low on carbs, but my fat is kind of high - I eat one third of a pound of 80/20 ground beef burger along with cheese, so the trans/sats fats are there. Last year when I first began my cut, I ate more carbs than I did now and the fat really came off, and I didn't even lift that much. It's going down real slow now, and I can't tell if I'm eating too much or too little. (Don't think I'm eating too much)
Also, is it important to really hit 150g of protein if I am 150lb of lbm?
