I am a 50 year old male with sometimes painful elbows. I can't do any overhead tricep extensions or similar. As I've gone heavier, Rope pulls are starting to hurt. I try to follow POF. Any elbow wraps or supports work?

Any ideas on a tricep stretch exercise that are easier for the elbows?
Also, any ideas for a Bicep stretch exercise besides Incline Curls?
