That's the problem with threads like these. Nobody will agree on a "best" program for anything. Some like training one certain way, while others prefer other ways. If what the person is doing works, then keep doing it. That's where trial and error comes in,
you have to decided which training method(s) work for
you. It would be sensible to say "what programs are out there that target hypertrophy?", to get some ideas, but you're not going to get the same answer from everybody when you ask what's best.
