best for hypertrophy

what is the best routine for building hypertrophy? i am going to do a hypertrophy program for 3-4 months then switch over to a powerlifting routine, like a westside routne, so i get both hypertrophy and strength.

That's the problem with threads like these. Nobody will agree on a "best" program for anything. Some like training one certain way, while others prefer other ways. If what the person is doing works, then keep doing it. That's where trial and error comes in, you have to decided which training method(s) work for you. It would be sensible to say "what programs are out there that target hypertrophy?", to get some ideas, but you're not going to get the same answer from everybody when you ask what's best.

Well, I would have to say.... Hypertrophy SPECIFIC Training. Seeing as how it's specifically for Hypertrophy and all......
