Thinking about trying prohormones and trying to gather as much info as possible. Current question is on a prohormone that requires to be taken twice daily, what are the best points in the day to do this? I'm thinking pre workout and maybe morning. Is this correct?
I would take on workout days first thing in the morning and then
again before you lift. On off days take in morning then at night.
Make sure each dosage is at least eight or even better more hours between taking especially if its VPX.
