What's your diet like first? Any supplement is a waste if you don't take care of this key part!
Also, stay away from GNC stores because they are overpriced and there are better products out there with cheaper prices and more effecient products IMO.

I would forget about buying weight gainer and just make your own with milk, whey, oats, and PB. And, yeah, stay away from GNC.

if youre serious about weight training you should be serious about your diet.
I would say realistically you should cut the serving in half and take it after a workout but you must eat more food at every other meal in the day. There's also no way youre on a all protein diet because the weight gainers are at least 80% carbs. Not to mention you're severely limiting your gains. The idea is to eat a significant portion of protein at every meal throughout the day. No more than 40% of your calories.
I'd also invest in a good protein shake. In addition to the weight gainer id take 2 servings of protein powder twice a day. In addition to 3 - 4 solid meals. have the 2 protein shakes in between these meals

you have to track your calories bro, no shake on its own will magically build muscle. You need to be in a calorie surplus, and the idea of a shake is to help you reach that goal easier every day.
There are heaps of stickies here about nutrition i suggest you read.
At your weight you would be looking around 3000 calories very roughly off the top of my head. as others have said grind up some oats and put them in a shake with normal cheaper protein. make a 400cal shake minimum easily that way and it wont be full of sugar.weight = 69.9kgs (154lbs) ---- > 82.4kgs (181lbs) ----> 85.1kgs (187lbs)

Peanuts have more fat then protein. Eggs have more fat than protein. Bagels have more carbs then protein. You know close to nothing about nutrition. You can expect no results from this product without proper nutrition. No such thing as an "all protein diet." The guys at GNC just want your money. Please read the stickies on the nutrition section to be a bit more knowledgable on the subject.
