Future MST girl does Kreaceps and Cordy5s
As far as the title goes, a girl can dream, right?
First I wanna thank MST once again for letting me do a supp review! Matt, Tim, everyone, y'all rock!!
I'm starting these supps with a 5x5 that I started today, first I'm logging measurements and pics
I love Ragnarok and I'm anxious to see how GREAT these products are!!
Kreaceps-XS
Target Response KreAlkalyn & Cordyceps Matrix
KREACEPS-XS now combines the 100% stable and absorbable, pH correct? creatine, Kre-Alkalyn? with CORDYGEN5, a solid state fermented, super potency blend of cordyceps extracts with Rhodiola Rosea, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vanadyl Sulfate to create the most potent, safe, effective, non hormonal, ATP promoting, strength and endurance enhancing supplement to date.
Kre-Alkalyn is a patented and pH correct? creatine product with 100% stability and absorption. Creatine monohydrate has been proven through more than a decade of research to enhance strength, endurance, and subsequent athletic performance*. The disadvantages of other forms of creatine are their extremely short term stability, rapid conversion into the toxic bi-product creatinine when exposed to liquid and subsequent poor absorption into the bloodstream. Conventional creatine monohydrate has been shown convert to toxic creatinine byproduct by 100% in as little as 43 seconds, WOW! Kre-Alkalyn? cannot convert to the toxic by-product creatinine which is responsible for all of creatine?s documented side effects, including nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea and bloating (subcutaneous water retention). Kre-Alkalyn? provides all of the strength, endurance and performance enhancing benefits of creatine without the unwanted and risky side effects; In fact Kre-Alkalyn? is absorbed so efficiently into the bloodstream that 1 gram of Kre-Alkalyn? is equivalent to ingesting 10 grams of conventional creatine powder.
CORDYGEN5 is a blend of pure, organic, solid state fermented (BioMass method), super potent concentrated extracts of Cordyceps Sinensis Alohaensis Hybrid, CS-4 Cordyceps Sinensis, Cordyceps Militaris, Cordyceps Sobolifera and Cordyceps Ophioglossoides and is exclusive to Millennium Sport Technologies. CORDYGEN5? has the ability to enhance oxygen utilization and ATP like no other cordyceps blend available. You are probably thinking ?I?ve tried cordyceps before and it really wasn?t anything to write home about?. Well you haven?t tried the CORDYGEN5? blend. The problem with nearly all of the cordyceps on the market is that it is imported from overseas manufacturers who have rapid cultured inferior products. We?ve tested the vast majority of cordyceps on the market and they simply don?t stack up. For example, most CS-4 on the market is cultured incorrectly yielding an ineffective product. CS-4 can be labeled as CS-4 whether cultured for 6 days or 6 months. The potency of the CORDYGEN5 cordyceps blend comes from the proprietary combination of cordyceps strains and the way these strains are cultured. The competition simply doesn?t come close.
Almost all cordyceps strains are cultured in a process called liquid cultivation or fermentation. This process uses a liquid substrate to grow the cordyceps mycelium in a very speedy 5-18 days, yielding low levels of active constituents. The cordyceps mycelium is then harvested by filtering out the liquid medium, drying it and grinding it into a powder. By filtering out the liquid medium many of the quality compounds secreted by the cordyceps are lost. It is usually further processed using hot water or solvents resulting in the loss of nearly 90% of the active constituents of which it had few of to begin with due to the fast liquid culturing process.
CORDYGEN5 is grown using a solid state (solid substrate) or biomass method. This is a much slower culturing method where the cordyceps is grown on a sterilized solid medium such as organic grain. The cordyceps is allowed to consume the solid substrate while being subjected to temperature and gas changes (O2 and CO2) to simulate its native high altitude conditions. This process typically takes between 22 and 24 weeks (nearly 6 months) before the cordyceps is ready for harvest. When the cordyceps mycelium is ready to harvest it has consumed more than 98% of the solid medium in which it was cultured on and produced active constituents from every facet of its life cycle. The remaining 2% substrate is then removed yielding 100% pure cordyceps. The cordyceps strains are then super concentrated, extracted and blended into CORDYGEN5?. This process allows CORDYGEN5? to exceed the potency of wild cordyceps exponentially. CORDYGEN5? can exceed the potency of other cordyceps products on the market by a whopping 95 times (95X).

Cordygen5
Get it here
Cordygen5? incorporates 100% organic, highly concentrated extracts of five strains & four species of cordyceps for maximum oxygen utilization, cellular energy, stamina and ATP production. Cordygen5??s oxygen utilization enhancing effects have been touted by many users as a natural, legal and effective alternative to EPO.
Cordygen5? is the strongest performance enhancing cordyceps product on the market and may provide up to 30% increases in ATP and up to 40% increases in oxygen utilization. Cordygen5? is perfect for anyone who wants to increase their ATP levels but doesn?t want to consume creatine due to its common side effects. Cordygen5? is also ideal for anyone who is a non responder to creatine products but still wants reap its benefits. The added bonus is the tremendous increase in oxygen utilization that Cordygen5? provides. Cordygen5? will allow all athletes, amateur or professional to break through their aerobic and anaerobic plateaus, maximizing strength and endurance. Whether you are a bodybuilder, powerlifter, martial artist, triathlete, cyclist, runner, swimmer, skier, snowboarder, hunter, climber, wrestler, golfer, tennis, football, basketball, hockey or baseball player, you?ll maximize your gains and performance with Cordygen5?.
Cordygen5? is a pure, solid state fermented, super potent blend of extracts from four strains and five species of cordyceps including Cordyceps Sinensis Alohaensis Hybrid, CS4 strain Cordyceps Sinensis, Cordyceps Militaris, Cordyceps Sobolifera and Cordyceps Ophioglossoides. The Cordyceps Sinensis Alohaensis Hybrid strain contains the highest HEAA (Hydroxy Ethyl Adenosine Analogs) levels ever measured and biological active ingredient levels 5.3 times higher than the best wild collected samples. The potency of the Cordygen5? cordyceps blend comes from the proprietary combination of cordyceps strains and the way these strains are cultured and extracted.
Almost all cordyceps strains are cultured in a process called liquid cultivation or fermentation. This process uses a liquid substrate to grow the cordyceps mycelium in a very speedy 5-18 days, yielding low levels of active constituents. The residual substrate is then removed yielding 100% pure, super potent cordyceps material with extremely high concentrations of active constituents from every facet of its life cycle. The cordyceps is then extracted to increase it?s potency up to 20X. This process allows Cordygen5? to exceed the potency of other cordyceps products on the market by up to 95%.

Well yesterday I was surprisingly exhausted, life hasn't been too stressful, I have been working from 8- 5 or 5:30, but it isn't too crazy, but I am planning for my project camp, and that's next week.........I have to get in a lot of hours for this internship, b/c once my class starts, it's gonna be tough....
took a nap after work and had NO appetite, but still ate some dinner......was so sleepy all evening....duno why, and my foot is KILLING me when I'm on it, I think it may be a heel bone spur? ugh
MY plan was to do cardio this A.M. so I woke up 4:35am, groggy as ever and downed my shake and supps, and thought, good lord this body cannot do cardio right now...so I went back to bed
I have my gym bag for an after work powerwalk........
Wednesday 6/20
Day 2 Week 1 5x5 (Light)
DIET 20/40/40 ~2400cals
5 min warm-up ellp
Back squat I've had to round numbers....
5x 65#
5x 70#
5x 75#
5x 75#
Military Press I THINK these numbers are correct, I used the smaller bar and it's probably 20-25#, but I'm just gonna keep track with this certain bar
5x 25#
5x 30#
5x 35#
5x 40#
Deadlift
5x 70#
5x 85#
5x 95#
5x 115#
DB Shoulder Press
15#s-10,10,8
Good Mornings oooo really like these....subbing them for Hyper XT...no HyperXT at the YMCA
45#---3x10
Abs
cable crunch 60#-10,10
ball crunches 30#-10,10
ball rollout-10x2
stretching
TOTAL TIME: 1hr 15 min
SUPP NOTES:
Took all 6 caps again b4 workout with Cordys.....I think it's giving me good energy! It's still the first week, so I'm pretty sure once I keep taking it, it's gonna ROCK!!!
I still can't really note some other features yet on the product until I give it a little more time....
Mood/Energy/Notes: I really like this idea of all compound exercises with some assistance exercises thrown in there. It's gonna improve my squat for SURE! Really feeling the hamstrings right now!! Otherwise, I hope I feel this training, b/c I feel like I'm not doing 'enough'....I gotta get used to it, I'm used to lifting 4-5day/wk............But I'm gonna stick with it! My energy was very good with this workout!! I think I'm really gonna like and respond well to the MST supps!
I can't wait until Tomorrow when I get to workout again!
