Something is wrong with my knee. Today I've been getting a pain in the back of my knee when I straighten my legs. Sometimes I try to stand on one leg and it feels weak as in it will fold back or something. I never felt like this before ... any info or help? I appreciate it.
I'm 5'9 225 I do heavy squatting (about 400lbs.) once a week.
