Hello everyone,
I remember reading on the forums a long time ago that Muscle Milk had something in it that was bad for you. For this reason I never used it before. The other day I tried it at my friends house and it just tastes amazing! I just want to clarify whether it has anything in it that is bad for you. I tried searching but couldn't find any threads on it. Any answers appreciated!

Yes. The glycocyamine scare has sort of died down. I don't know what the final opinion/result was of it. Then again I don't use anything with it so it doesn't concern me too much. But I have in the past...Originally Posted by Atheimetal
