Two Workouts a Day?
Here?s my situation?
I can get up and workout in the morning, eat great throughout the day, and by dinner time i feel good enough to workout the same muscles again? there is no soreness, no fatigue? i feel just like i did in the morning. So i do my workout twice and everythings peachy? However im told this is bad and doesnt let my muscles recover enough? is this true? I can do my second workout with the same intensity as the first and lift the same weights as the first. My workouts usually last an hour long. I have also tried simply working out once a day? but it seems like there is too much recovering time? i start to wonder if getting big is simply working out then just chilling by the computer the rest of the day?. any opinions?

according to what i've read and prior experience...you should only work out the muscle group you are exercising once a day, if you are going to continue the workout with the same muscles, they recommend to change the routine.
i try to limit myself to 1.5hrs-2hrs in the gym a day. at the end of the day i still feel good and not weak but i keep myself from training. your muscles will not feel sore the same day they are worked, you feel the effects 48hours later.
there are also recover supplements that speed up the recovery time.

Go ahead and do two workouts. You will get twice the results, right?

Don't insult him. You're an inch taller, and only 12 pounds heavier. You're still skinny too.

Working out the same muscles twice a day is suicide- it's not only bad, it's extremly bad. You *could* do it, but you'd have extremly high chances to get injuries.
Can I ask what is your training? Try 4 exercises for the same muscles in your workout. That's what I do and after that I don't feel like I can train them anymore.
