Want to get to a lean 180-185.
I think I'm on the right track. ( I hope )
This will be a whole day of food.
Drinks are green tea, herba mate, and water. nothing else.
Light carbs in the morning, before workout and after.
Creatine before workout.
Whey protein intake throughout the day.
Cottage cheese with a serving of fruit and cottage cheese before bed.
Any advice would be great.
