working out 6 times a week

I like hitting the gym, is thier any way to work upper body 4 times and legs twice without overtraining? If some one works out like this could they post there routine?

I have plenty of time now that I've stopped working and heading away to college. I want to blow people away when I get back at christmas.

training more is not better.....IMO 6 days in a row is too much, regardless of the volume per day......

and why would u wanna train upper body twice as much as legs?.....your legs are complex and contain large muscles

    you might wanna try this......

    mon - upper
    tues - lower

    thurs - upper
    fri - lower

    rest of the days off

Good info. Yea, IMO, you definately don't want to train more than Mikey suggested. It's not good to have seperation anxiety with the gym; it usually leads to overtraining...or restraining order.lol.
