I am pretty dedicated to the sport of bodybuilding. I went from 179 pounds height 5'9, too 137 pounds and 6'0 in 1 year. I was a really fat child when I was younger so I feel really good since I have leaned down. I now weigh 165 pounds, I have been using Creatine and L-Glutamine along with Protein since Wrestling ended about 4 months ago. I have a pretty active lifestyle for a 15 year old. So I am wondering if this is a good Bulking cycle for me. I plan to be on it for 2 months. I hope to pack on a few pounds of Muscle. When this cycle is done I will take 1 week off too recuperate and than start a cutting cycle.

    Feel Free to use this.
Please tell me what you think ASAP. I plan to start The diet in about 4 days.

Some people say Bodybuildings not a sport. I ask them " would you say that to someone that could bench a truck?"

I am trying to gain weight so I have more muscle for the wrestling season. I will cut when this bulk cycle is done.
