Rate my diet for cutting
Hey guys, just made my diet.... I need to cut after a 3 month vacation.
Any improvements I can make?
9am - Meal 1
1 slice Helga's wholegrain bread
4 oz chicken breast
1 leaf lettuce
1 slice tomato
3000mg fish oil
<11am - 12pm> Cardio
12pm - Meal 2
2 Weetbix
250ml skim milk
1 oz walnuts
1 oz raisins
30g Balance WPI/WPC
3pm - Meal 3
6 egg whites
1.5 egg yolks
250ml orange juice
6pm - Pre-workout meal (Meal 4)
2/3 cup oats
30g Reback WPI
1 banana
630pm - Pre-workout supplements
1 Animal Pak
200mg caffeine
Start sipping on 6scoops Xtend (also through workout)
<645-745pm> Workout
745 - Post-workout shake
30g Redback WPI
15g glucose
<800-830pm> Light intensity cardio
9pm - Meal 5
6 oz chicken breast
0.5 cups lentils
1 cup spinach
0.3tbs olive oil
4000mg fish oil
12am - Meal 6
30g Casein protein
1tb natural peanut butter
250ml skim milk
2 x Melting Point
1 x Sesamin
TOTAL CALORIES: 2633
calories from fat: 71 (25%)
calories from carbs:235 (33%)
calories from protein: 264 (42%)
I had to cut a lot of stuff to keep the cals in check.
dream big or go home.
sounds great but i hate being technical about my diet =\ im cutting now and ive lost 10 pounds i just make sure i eat 6 meals per day aand cook whatever feels right like if im in mood for chicken or whichever veggies and make sure i just get all the daily stuff i would get in a planned diet
