    How can you tell if you have visceral fat?

    I don't think that my bf% is high, but my parents pointed out yesterday that I looked like I had a gut. I'm like what, feel that, and it was all muscle, and I could see my abs. Does everyone else's abs do down in a slant when not walking straight up, like it sticks out a bit more at the bottom?

    Try doing stomach vacuums to strengthen your transverse ab muscles. It will tighten up the area so your stomach doesnt stick out.

    yea, that sounds good, plus my chest is flat like a 10 year old girl, cuz i've had failed diets and crap that were totally wrong and I haven't been able to workout for a few months now. I read the article on bb.com and it says do three sets with 20 secs reps, but how many reps do i do? is each set 1 rep?
