Any supps opuit there that'll increase red blood cell count?

I know roids can but are there any OTC supps that'll do this effectively?
Is this guilt & shame the price I pay
I hate myself for this weakness
    I won't be chained to the earth-Hatebreed

    Supps I'm currently using:
    creatine monohydrate
    CLA
    ALA
    glutamine
    flax
    multivitamin
    B complex
    gingko biloba
    omega 3
18 grams l-arginine for GH release
Myoplex mass shake after lifting & a regular myoplex shake on rest days for extra protein

1.4 androstandione might (50 grams @ $200 VERY PURE, not yet on list btu will sell) as it converts to boldenone

also i sell a potent Rhodiola extract that will increase tissue oxygenation which has an effect you might desire--this is a new fave of mine personally

there are many drugs that do this, but as for supps that will have the impact you desire I think the two above are best
--Oxyglobin is best here but this is not legally obtainable

what effect are you looking for exactly fron the RBC increase?

if you want a list instynct999@yahoo.com

have ALA, Creatine and may be carrying CLA caps soon but if you want some I'll quote you a price better than any available
(do not buy CLA powder as it is very prone to lipid oxidation!!!)

also i do not sell it but do not bother with flax oil caps...get the oil and refrigerate---you must take at least a TBS/day to get real benefit

i'd add glutamine to the supps your taking as well--hope some of this helps

stay away from products that increase RBC counts, excesses of red blood cells lead to blood clots, which lead to death.

let me add something, i missed that you were look for OTC supps to increase Red blood cells, none of those should be dangerous. There is a particular steroid, i forget the name, that a professional and olympic runners used to take to increase their red blood cell levels, and since their heavy aerobic training routines already gave them high RBC counts, using the compound sent them over the edge, causing serious blood flow problems.
Sorry for not reading your post more carefully

Correct me if I am mistaken, but I beleive that PHs increase your red blood cell count while on a cycle. Yes, this means your 1-T PH supplements.

This is why you will see an increase in your BP during a cycle. You will also note an increase in your resting HR during a cycle.

For example: My normal BP is as low as 115/57 when I first get up in the mornings. I am currently on a cycle of transdermal 1-T and 4-AD. This a.m., my BP was 130/71. My normal resting HR is about 60. This a.m., it came in at 71. I think it is very important to measure your BP and HR daily. (Whether you are on a cycle or not.)

If you do a search here, you will find some old responses from PA where he makes reference to the increase in red blood cell count during a cycle.

    FWIW.

u could always do it naturally...

    - do some running at a high altitude

    - try a 10 min. deep breathing routine...inhale for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds...repeat for the whole 10 minutes...

although these methods don't really increase RBC count, they do increase oxygen utilization which would give similar effects

All PH's increase blood cell counts. Some more than others and in different ratios of white to red or red to white. 1, 4 will give you the best results of an EPO type drug over the counter.
