Working out so hard you vomit?
Is it bad to work out until the point you vomit after your workout? Usually on chest and arm night I work out for about 90 minuntes and I'd say about a third of the time I end up vomiting on my walk back. Should I cut down so I don't or is it fine to? I don't feel like I'm losing anything by it happening.

What's your routine look like? Personally I'd say (Without seeing your routine) you could gain some benefit in your workouts by reading some of the following articles.

On chest and arm day my routine is usually this:
Flat bench 3 sets x 10 reps at 185 lbs
Decline Bench 3 x 10 at 225 lbs
Incline Bench 3 x 10 at 95 lbs
Dips 3 x 10 body wieght of 192 lbs
Curls 3 x 10 45 lbs
Forearms 3 x 10 35 lbs
Shrugs 3 x 15 180 lbs
Butterflies 3 x 10 135 lbs
Then after my workout I do 2 minutes of pushups to failure. Usually ending somewhere between 40-50 pushups in the 2 minutes. After reading some of the links you posted, I think my problem is the lack of sleep and proper nutrtion. I have gotten about 15 hours of sleep the last 4 days and had maybee 5-6 meals. I guess on days I don't get a good amount of sleep or food intake I will just go lighter on my workout. Maybee only the 3 benches and dips. Thanks for posting those articles. I didn't know they were on the sight. Reps

No prob man, I used to WAY overtrain too and not get enough sleep as well as poor nutrition. It's amazing how much better your results can be on sooooo much less lol. Just take it a lil easier and work on general health (sleep/nutrition). You will get much better results than tossing up your Preworkout sups : )

Vomiting is about the most catabolic thing you can do short of fasting... shows some serious dedication tho lol.
Your routine looks decent, definitely get your diet and sleep dialed down, as hard as it may be in the Sandbox. Good luck bro.

eat a shake prior to lifting... if you have nothing to vomit, you wont.....
(i.e. the shake will be absorbed much quicker than food)

Yes, as a matter of fact I was doing legs today, DC style of course, and I had warmed up to 20 45's on the leg press plus the sled which came out to roughly half a ton or so. Anyways, DC suggests that I only do 6-10 reps but since the machine couldnt carry any more weight I took it to 20 deep reps at 1200 all the way down till the sled touched the saftey pins. I took a 2 minute rest and proceeded to take off a total of 4 plates and did a 20 rep widowmaker set. I blacked out once I got up and recall coming back to senses against the wall. I got up against the hack squat and did my sissy squat stretches for my quads for 60 seconds. I got up and all the blood had been drained straight from my body directly into my legs. They were so pumped I could barley flex them. I walked downstairs and grabbed 125 pre-made barbell (the one with the tiny 10 lbs weights on the side rather than one with loadable barbwell weights). I locked my legs out with my back as straight as possible and did 30 rest pause deep reps with my legs totaly locked out and getting the best and longest stretch on my hams and glutes as possbile. With each and every rep I could see the sweat dripping into the dusty floor mats. After this I found the energy to rack the weight and drove home where I blacked out in the restroom and regained composure on the couch under a puddle of my own sweat.
-moves leg and feels the sore muscle-
Ahh another day at the gym, DC style.
