Before stats I weighed app 150lbs couldnt bench for sh*t or anything else for that matter

I'd give you a 5/10. You don't look awful by any means, but you could use some more overall mass. Keep at it bro, and don't give up! Nice progress, just keep working hard and gain some more mass!
