i am from england! im only 17 so dont be too hard on me!

I dont eat beef all the time 1/2 beef and 1/2 chicken.

I have allbran for the fibre.

the bread is white sliced bread with margarine on!

Updated my diet table, got rid of the cereal bar and the chips!

what does this look like now?

All-bran is hardley "loaded" in sugar, about 7grams per serving..which isn't that much considering all the fibre.

Most ofl your fat is concentrated in one place, which isn't good. Also, a whey protein shake before bed is pretty useless, unless you mix in some flax oil and milk.

Keep the peanuts, they are loaded with good fat. I eat them everyday. Almost a perfect food in my opinion.

There are 3 versions of All-Bran cereal. The one I use is Kellogg's All-Bran Extra Fiber. 0 sugar...thats right, there is zero sugar in All-Bran and 13 grams of Fiber per serving.

Cool, I didn't even realize there was a version with 0 grams of sugar. I've found different versions with more then 7 grams, but never with less.
