Well if it's greasing the pan correctly then no. Now there's the question of if it's greasing the pan correctly or not. The oil should be just enough to thinly coat the entire surface of the pan. That much oil won't add a load of fat to the food, it of course does add some though. Now if you're just piling it on then there's two problems. First is that you are in fact adding on a load of fat. Second, the pan won't cook too well. So just be careful.
As a side note, why don't you use an aerosol? They generally work much better, and I believe you can find EVOO versions.
