anybody who lifts monday wednesday friday, what programs do you follow, what muscles do you work each day, what lifts on those days etc....

I usually get 2 or 3 day a week of working out and this is how my split goes...
Mon
Legs and abs
Wed
Chest and Back
Fri
Shoulders and arms
All very intense...since what I do in the weight room is well monitored by coaches who rather not have to bulky of a runner...so I do the most with my three day a week and 35-40 minutes a session...100% Natural Bodybuilding!
