    3 day workout

    anybody who lifts monday wednesday friday, what programs do you follow, what muscles do you work each day, what lifts on those days etc....

    I usually get 2 or 3 day a week of working out and this is how my split goes...

    Mon

    Legs and abs

    Wed

    Chest and Back

    Fri

    Shoulders and arms

    All very intense...since what I do in the weight room is well monitored by coaches who rather not have to bulky of a runner...so I do the most with my three day a week and 35-40 minutes a session...

    wednesday :- back , legs , abs

    Why put abs with the back and legs...both are huge muscles that kill you when you train them...so abs would just add more to what I think is the hardest workout of the week...stick your first ab session with chest and shoulders...and fri day that day seem perfect because friday you are dead from the rest of the week and you have little to do with arms, calves, and abs...and besides having abs on mon and fri would give them more time to recover...and more intensity to your leg and back day...do that and you have a good 3 day routine...
